Account Mapping Module -CRM

     Outcome:

    Mapping accounts within Zoho CRM is the main objective of this use case.

 

     Use case Implementation Steps:

 

Implementation Stage 1: Importing accounts from local drive  

 

  1. Log in to Zoho CRM website with Administrator privileges.

  2. Go to Accounts > Import Accounts > Browse

 

 

 

Implementation Stage 2: Customize Layout and Fields

 

Description:

    o From the layout’s dropdown, select Industry.

 

Input Options:

    o Choose Add as new Accounts if importing new accounts.

    o Choose Update the existing Accounts only if records already exist.

    o If unsure, choose Both.

    o Use Account Name to find and match existing accounts.

 

 

 

 

Implementation Stage 3: Validations

 

Description:

    o Validate the fields in the import file against the fields in Zoho CRM.

 

Input:

    o Check sample data mapping.

 

 

Output:

    o Confirmation message on successful settings.

 

 

 

Implementation Stage 4: Test Your Module

 

Description:

    o Test the account details including custom layouts, fields, permissions, and configurations. 

 

Input:

    o Check data.

    o Adjust configurations if needed.

 

Output:

    o Document any identified issues for resolution.
