Description:
Prepare a design document outlining the plan to validate and clean specific fields in the Accounts Module. This includes identifying required fields, invalid or incomplete data entries, and defining metrics to visualize in the dashboard.

Implementation Stage 2: Create the Dashboard in Zoho CRM
Steps:
Login to Zoho CRM.
Go to the Dashboards Module.
Click on “+” to create a new dashboard.
Provide a suitable name (e.g., Account Data Validation Dashboard).
Add a brief description for the dashboard.
Click Save to create the dashboard.
Implementation Stage 3: Add Components to Dashboard
Steps:
Click “Add Components”.
Select Charts → choose Quick Charts.
Fill out the following details:
o Component Name (e.g., Incomplete Accounts by Industry)
o Module: Accounts
o Measure: Choose relevant field (e.g., Count of Records)
o Grouping: Choose field (e.g., Industry, State)
Add criteria filters (e.g., Email is Empty, Phone is Invalid).
Click on More Options:
o Sort By: Value – Descending
