Outcome:
Selecting any of the views (Custom List View, Tile View, or Table View) in the Canvas view will display the product list in the corresponding format.
Fields Required:
The following fields from the product data will be used as input sources:

How to add tag?
Go to Product detail page and add the tag below the product name and save it.
How to Add links to the product
Go to Product detail page and click on Add Link under Links
Provide the details and save it.
Process:
Log into Customer Portal(https://www.zoho.com/)
Go to Menu and click CRM
Click settings icon in the CRM page
Click Canvas under Customization
Click Create New list page button under Detail view
Select the module as Products and the type as Custom List and click on Create button
Click on Create Blank Template Button
The Blank template page will open and enter a canvas name in the highlighted box.
Go to Elements and Drag and drop the options you want
Go to Style and change the colour, font, border and radius whichever is required.
Go to Data and Drag and Drop the required fields in the section
Add the necessary fields and adjustment and save it
Tile View Creation
Go to Step 6 and select the Tile view and click on Create
Click on Create Blank template
Repeat the steps 9 -12 and click save
Table view Creation:
Go to Step 6 and select the Table view and click on Create
Click on Create Blank template
Click on + icon and add required columns
Click the highlighted icon
On the left side, go to header and add the colour for header
Go to rows and select even rows only and change the colour.
Add an image to a new column, click on + icon and select custom
On the left hand, enter a name and right click and insert the fields required and Save it.
Validation Steps:
Go to the CRM website and click on Products.
Click Records view dropdown (left to Create a Product button) and see Canvas view with three sub views (Custom List view, Tile view and Table view)
Click on Custom list view
Select the saved template (CRM Products – Custom List View 5).
Check this page reflects the template saved in Canvas Builder
To switch to other template, Go to Custom List view and select the list view template you want.
Go to Records view dropdown and click Tile view.
Select the template you want in Tile view dropdown.
Go to Records view dropdown and click Table view.
Select the template that you created.
How to Configure a view in Portal?
1.Go to Settings and Click on Portals under Channels
2.Click on Client Portal
3.Click on Edit under Configurations
4.Go to Product Module
5.Under View Type, select any one template (CRM Products – Tile view 2)
6. Click on Next
7. Click on Finish
8. See the configuration is changed
The sales team will send the mail to the customer, see the below mail and click on the Accept Invitation
