Log in to Zoho Books website with Administrator privilege.
Go to Home > Accountant > Chart of Accounts.
Implementation Stage 2: Accounts
Description: In chart of Account Trays on the rigth side click on three dots then select import chart of Accounts then click on Drag and drop file option and after choosing the file mark the overwrite accounts radio button and then click next.
Steps:
Import chart of Accounts > Drag and drop file option > Overwrite accounts > Next.
Implementation Stage 3: Map Field
Description: Map fields with the charts of accounts Details fileds it means all the headers should be same as chart of account details filed and after maping filed correctly click on next.
Implementation Stage 4:
Description: After clicking next data will be imported successfully .
