Use case Implementation Steps:
Implementation Stage 1: Importing products from local drive
Log in to Zoho CRM website with Administrator privilege.
Go to Products > Import Products > Browse.
Implementation Stage 2: Customize layout and fields
Description: From the layouts dropdown, select Talent out of them.
Input:
- If the products are new to import, then choose Add as new Products
- Choose Update the existing Products only field if the records are already existed.
- If not sure about existing contacts, choose Both.
- Based on Product Name, find existing products.
Implementation Stage 3: Validations
Description: Validate the fields in the file against the fields in Zoho CRM to ensure that all details are mapped correctly.
Input:
- Check the sample data mapped from the file.
Output:
- Confirmation message for successful settings.
Implementation Stage 4: Test Your Module
Description: Test the Product details with all the fields to ensure its correct mapping, covering custom layout and fields, permissions and other configurations.
