Use case Implementation Steps:
Implementation Stage 1: Qualified leads will assign to sales Rep/Lead owner
once the leads is qualified, they will automatically be assigned to the sales Rep/Lead owner.
Log in toZoho CRM website with Administrator privilege.
Go to Setup > Automation > Workflow Rules
3.Create workflow based on Trigger,Condition, and Action.
1.Trigger is set when the lead records are edited in CRM when the lead status get prequalifed .
2.Workflow will be created based on condition .

5.Leads after assigning workflow; status once converted into pre qualified, lead owner has been changed into user02.
Implementation Stage 2: Assign Calls to Unqualified leads for Requirement Analysis
Once the lead status is unqualified, then assign a call to understand their requirements/interests
Log in toZoho CRM website with Administrator privilege.
Go to Setup > Automation > Workflow Rules
3.Create workflow based on Trigger,Condition, and Action.
1..Trigger is set when the lead records are edited in CRM when the lead status is unqualified.
2.Workflow will be created based on condition and lead is not qualified, then schedule a call to understand their requirements.
3.Lead status change into unqualified, there is an open activity of scheduling a call.
Implementation Stage 3:Automatically convert leads into contacts, Account,Deal
Once the leads get converted into qualified leads,this workflows will execute automatically, which in turn convert into contacts, Accounts, and Deals.

Implementation Stage 4: Lead Generation and Qualification
