The objective of this document is to outline the design and implementation of a Leads Dashboard in Zoho CRM to provide real-time insights into lead generation, tracking, and conversions. The dashboard will enhance lead management, improve decision-making, and optimize the sales process.
Use case Implimentation Steps:
Implementation Stage 1:
Log in to Zoho CRM website with Administrator privilege.
Go to Home >Customize homepage> new homepage.
Implementation Stage 2: Creating new home page
Description: We have to create a new homepage for that we have to click on new homepage and then we have to click on dashboard.
Steps: Click on new home page> Dashboard
Implementation Stage 3: Creating dashboard
Description: Here we have to select the lead analytics and then we have to select which components we want to showcase in the dashboard.
Steps: select lead analytics > select components
Implementation Stage 3: save and share
Dashboard is created we can save it for furture use or we can share it.
