Hiring Pipeline Process Categorization (CRS-NTTF)

Outcome:

The outcome of this use case is to categorize and organize the various stages involved in the hiring process within zoho recruit. This includes defining clear stages such as candidate sourcing, resume screening, assessment, interviews, offer extension and onboarding.

The goal is to create a structured pipeline that enhances candidate management, facilitates better decision-making and improves the overall recruitment experience.

Use case Implimentation Steps:

Implementation Stage 1: To create hiring pipeline process  

  1. Log in toZoho Recruit website with Administrator privilege.

  2. Go to Setup > Customization > Hiring Pipeline.

Input:

Collaborate with key placement team to gather valuable insights about placement cell policies.

Implementation Stage 2: Add Stages

Description: Screening, Assessment,Interview, Offered, Hired, Rejected and Archived these seven stages are system default you can add more stages buy click Add Stage icon.

Input:

  • Name of the stage.

  • Add colour to that.

Output:

New stage is created you can drag it to up or down with the help of three at the end of the stage.

Implementation Stage 3: Manage Status

Description: Status is nothing but the sub stages in every stages you can manage the status under Manage Status from there you can add, edit or delete the status and also assign to any stages.

 

Input:

  • Enter the status name under the stage name.

  • You can also add status in bulk under the stage.

Output:

Now all the status are created under the stage where it was mentioned.

      

Implementation Stage 4: Mapping Status

Description: Removed status from stages are moved to map status, from there you can re mapping to the stages

Input:

  • Select the check box of the status you want to mapped.

  • Select the stage where you want to be mapped from dropdown list.

  • Click Map

Output:

Now the status is mapped under the stage where you want it to mapped.

 

Implementation Stage 5: Test Your Module

Description: Test the hiring pipeline categorization to ensure its correct functionality.

Input:

  • Test scenarios.

  • Sample data.

Output:

  • Test results for each scenario.

  • Identified issues documented for resolution.

 

Implementation Stage 7: Deploy

Description: Deploy the final modified module, making it live and accessible to users for effective customization of hiring pipeline process.

 

Input:

  • Finalized configuration.

  • User access considerations.

Output:

  • Deployed hiring pipeline accessible to users.

  • Active functionality for customizing pipeline details.

 

Target Audience:

  • Candidates(Students): Prospective candidates engaged in the recruitment process.

 

Users:

  • Placement Cell: Responsible for entire process of managing the categorized hiring pipeline within zoho recruit.

  • Recruitment Team: Staffs involved in recruitment process including recruiters and HR personnel.

  • Technical Support Team: They can assist the placement cell to configuring and customizing the hiring pipeline, especially if there are any technical issues.
