  • Use case Implimentation Steps:

Implementation Stage 1: To customize candidate module  

  1. Log in toZoho Recruit website with Administrator privilege.

  2. Go to Setup > Customization > Modules and Candidates.

 

 

Implementation Stage 2: Customize layout and fields

Description: From the Candidate Field Trays on the left, drag and drop the fields require in the candidate layout and remove the undesired field using trash icon, to capture specific information related to customizing candidate details.

Input:

- access the candidate module layout.

- Field properties.

Output:

- Custom fields incorporated into the module.

- Options for further configuring each custom field.

- Confirmation message for successful field input.

 

 

 

 

Implementation Stage 3: Set Permissions

Description: Configure access rights and permissions in the module to define user roles and control data access within the candidate customization module.

Input:

- Access roles and levels.

- User assignments.

Output:

- Configured access permissions for the module.

- Assigned user permissions based on roles or assignments.

- Confirmation message for successful permission settings.

 

 

Implementation Stage 4: Test Your Module

Description: Test the customized module to ensure its correct functionality, covering custom layout and fields, permissions and other configurations within the candidate customization scope.
