Outcome:

The objective of this document is to outline the design and implementation of Social Media Integration with Zoho CRM to enable real-time tracking of customer interactions, lead generation, sentiment analysis, and engagement monitoring across various social media platforms. The integration aims to enhance customer relationship management, streamline marketing efforts, and improve business insights.

 

  • Use case Implementation Steps:

Implementation Stage 1:   

  1. Log in toZoho CRM website with Administrator privilege.

  2. Go to Home > Social>lets get started .

          

      

 

 

Implementation Stage 2:

After clicking on let's get started we have to create a brand name and description

 

            Implementation Stage 3:

                 we can import the  data to the respective brand
