Outcome:
The objective of this document is to outline the design and implementation of an Accounts Dashboard in Zoho CRM to provide real-time insights into account management, financial tracking, and business performance. The dashboard will enhance decision-making, improve client relationship management, and streamline account monitoring.
Use case Implementation Steps:
Implementation Stage 1:
Log in to Zoho CRM website with Administrator privilege.
Go to Home >Customize homepage> new homepage.
Implementation Stage 2: Creating new home page
Description: We have to click on new homepage to create a fresh home page for the dashboard.After that we have to click on custom view to see the contacts option.
Steps: Click on new home page>custom view
Implementation Stage 3: Creating dashboard
Description: Here we have to select the Accounts from the dropdown menu and we have to select the components required to create the dashboard.
Steps: select Accounts > select components
Implementation Stage 3: save and share
Dashboard is created we can save it for furture use or we can share it.
