Internship Module-Abhyaz

  • Outcome:

To allow users to view and apply for internship opportunities on the Abhyaz website through a streamlined and user-friendly process.

  • Use case Implimentation Steps:

Implementation Stage 1:    

  1. Log in to the Zoho Sites platform with Administrator privileges.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Pages > Internship, and select the page to begin customization.

  1. The landing section ("Build Your Future") showcases the Internship Program with a clear “Join Us” button.

  • Clicking the “Join Us” button navigates to the internship openings page where users can explore roles.

 

 

Implementation Stage 2: Explore and Choose the Right Internship Role  

  • On the "Internships We Offer" page, users see a categorized listing of roles such as:

    • HR & Recruitment

    • Web Development

    • Data Analytics

    • Creative Design, etc.

  • A search bar is available for quickly filtering specific roles.

  • Clicking a role reveals detailed job descriptions, expectations, and required skills.

 

 

 

 

 

Implementation Stage 3: Submit the Application via Zoho Form  

  • Upon selecting a role, the user is redirected to the Application Form Page, embedded with a Zoho Form.

  • The form includes fields like:

    • Full Name

    • Email

    • Area of interest

    • Resume upload

    • Cover Letter or Statement of Purpose

  • After filling in all fields, the user clicks the “Submit” button.

 

Implementation Stage 4: Confirmation and Follow-up Communication  

  • Once submitted, the user is shown a Thank You / Confirmation Page with a success message.

  • An automated confirmation email is sent to the applicant containing:

    • Acknowledgement of the application

    • Next steps in the process (evaluation, assessment, offer, onboarding)

 

 

Implementation Stage 5:See Openings

  • If no roles are listed, you’ll see:“Currently we don't have any open jobs…”

  • 👉 You can register on the Candidate Portal to receive alerts when new positions open up.
